Predicting The Future Of Local Search Advertising

Alright, that’s maybe a bit of a bold title but this actually flows from a comment I made on a panel at SMX London last month when questioned about the real potential for local search on mobile.

My comment was about how sat-nav devices (the must have xmas gift of 2006) provided the ultimate platform for mobile search, and lo and behold I somehow missed the recent announcement of a Google/TomTom partnership.

It’s not often my predictions some true…so here’s to ask.co.uk being the big search engine of 2008 😉 cheap air max 97
